A TheraBee gift certificate — for a nutrition consultation, or to spend on my ghee, bakes and soap. It comes as a beautiful PDF, in English or in Russian, ready to print or to send by phone.

What the certificate can be used for

First Steps and Full Support are nutrition consultations with me. A £25, £50 or £100 certificate can go towards anything here — the person you give it to chooses.

How it works

  1. Message me on WhatsApp: which gift, who it’s for, classic or Christmas design, and English or Russian.
  2. Pay by bank transfer — I’ll send you the details.
  3. I send you the finished certificate as a PDF within 24 hours — print it or forward it.
  4. They message me with the code whenever they’re ready. It’s valid for 12 months.

Good to know

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase; it can’t be exchanged for cash.
  • Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund, as long as the certificate hasn’t been used.
  • The person receiving it decides if and when to use it — it’s an invitation, never an obligation.
  • Nutrition consultations support wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care.
