Tired every morning — and told everything looks fine.
Exhaustion that survives a full night’s sleep is not something to push through. It is usually several small things at once: iron that fell before it showed up as anaemia, a thyroid running just under, meals that never quite refuel you. I read your results by what’s optimal rather than by what merely clears the reference range, and we work from there.

Does this sound like you?
- You wake up tired, even after a full night’s sleep
- Your head feels foggy, and you forget things you never used to
- You’ve been told everything looks fine — and you know it isn’t
What I look at first
Ferritin, not just haemoglobin. The thyroid, including the numbers a standard panel often leaves out. B12 and folate. And how you actually eat in a bad week rather than a good one, because that is the week that shapes how you feel.
Why “normal” bloods can still be wrong
A reference range describes most of the population — not the point at which you personally feel well. Iron is the clearest example: ferritin can sit near the bottom of normal while you are exhausted, and haemoglobin, the number most people are told about, is the last one to fall.
What changes, realistically
Energy tends to come back gradually and in a particular order, not all at once. I will tell you what to expect and roughly when, so you can tell whether something is working instead of guessing at it.

Write to me first. Paying comes later — if at all.
You don’t have to book anything to talk to me. Tell me what’s going on and I’ll reply personally — often by voice message, so you hear a real doctor rather than read a form letter. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help. If I can’t, I’ll say so.
