Bloated after ordinary meals — and no clear reason why.
“IBS” is often a label for a question nobody has finished asking. Dairy alone can trouble you in three separate ways, and only one of them is lactose. Rather than handing you a long list of foods to fear, we work out what your body is actually reacting to and give you back as much of your diet as we can.

Does this sound like you?
- Bloating or heaviness after perfectly ordinary meals
- Some foods clearly don’t suit you — you just can’t work out which
- Your stomach reacts to stress before you do
Three different problems, one symptom
Dairy alone can trouble you through lactose, through milk-protein allergy, or through A1 casein — and each of those needs a different answer. Cutting everything out and adding it back one by one is a very blunt way to find out which one you are dealing with.
Why I don’t start with an elimination diet
Long lists of banned foods are easy to write and hard to live with, and they tend to shrink your diet permanently. I would rather narrow things down properly first and keep as much of your food as we possibly can.
Stress belongs in the picture
If your stomach reacts before you have consciously noticed you are stressed, that is not imagination. It changes what we prioritise, and it is why the plan covers your day as well as your plate.

Write to me first. Paying comes later — if at all.
You don’t have to book anything to talk to me. Tell me what’s going on and I’ll reply personally — often by voice message, so you hear a real doctor rather than read a form letter. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help. If I can’t, I’ll say so.
